Custom Orders: For custom cakes, final designs and pricing are confirmed after a consultation and payment of a deposit (if required). Changes requested after the order confirmation date may incur additional fees.
Allergens: Our products may contain common allergens, including but not limited to dairy, eggs, wheat, soy, and nuts. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free of allergens. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this risk.
Pricing: All prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price confirmed at the time of order placement is final for that specific order.

3. Payment

Acceptance and Risk: Upon delivery, the customer/recipient must inspect the product immediately. Once the product is accepted and signed for, the risk of damage (due to mishandling, heat, etc.) passes to the customer. We are not responsible for damage after acceptance.
Failed Delivery: If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept the order, the order will be considered complete, and no refund will be issued. Re-delivery attempts may incur an additional charge.
